Ummm ... Larry? Should I be worried? Will this mean I'll have to go to the hospital, or get shots, or have MRI done, or like that? Eeeeeeeew. I don't want to have to do all that. It can't be that bad that I knew what you were saying, can it? It'll probably never happen again. Honest. We won't just not be on the same page -- we won't even be in the same library from now on, I'll bet. maybe I only thought I knew what you were saying. Maybe it was the brown acid.

The line between being a wise man and being a fool is often no more then the degree of understanding one finds in ones listeners. It is never so much about what one says as it is about what one is perceived to have said.

Look at Larry and see a kind and gentle person, then turn and look at him as a mean and nasty fellow, his words do not alter, only our perceptions.

I asked Cheryl. She said "Maybe. I have to ask Cheryl".

I don't know why it works that why, but I guess it does?

Your guess is at least as good as mine, I'm sure -- maybe a bit better.

I'll have to ask Cheryl.

If people are naturally stupid, why is it that we are surprised when they do stupid things; is it because we are naturally stupid? It's a circle! But if we can see that, how stupid could we be? This might be a good place to be selectively oblivious.

Thus ends the sermon for today.

Can I get a "Hail Homer"?!

Good sermon, Larry. Short and stupid but nevertheless, selectively obliviously good. Did anyone pass the plate around to take up a collection of marzipans and moose poops for our brother Todd ?

alright! Larry's got his chops back, cool!
I try to make different mistakes, instead of repeating the old ones...like tilling new stupid ground, that way, new, differnt seeds of awareness sprout
hail homer....(someday, will someone explain homer to me?, I don't mind hailing him but, I'd like to have a clue, what cab might pull up)
