Well I have yet another awful cold, lost a tissue last night, went to sleep with it stuffed up my nose and woke up and can't find it anywhere?

I drove all the way to Manchester as Arlo and Javan had a dance rehearsal at a arts center, it's a really nice place to sit all day and wait, I read a book had a nice and reasonably priced lunch got a little work done, and most importantly listened to some really really good music.

And though I got stuck in the wrong lane coming home and ended up on the motorway (saw a sign for Birmingham 80 odd miles, panicked, managed to get off and come home some wired and wonderful way) by the time I got home I remembered some of may favorites I heard today to share.

I think I may have posted some of these before but they are good to listen to so who cares.

G1 glad you had time to check in. I inherited a worry gene. It's miserable. So it's okay if you can't post and very good to know all is well.

Bevereley so sorry to hear you have a cold. I mix two tablespoons of each of the following, raw unprocessed honey, cider vinegar and lemon juice. Sprinkle in nutmeg and ginger. Helps a sore throat and shortens the duration of a cold, etc. I swear by it. Also a good tonic to drink daily to keep you healthy.
