agnes you have shone a light, truly. I have heard and kinda knew of the Pogues but only really knew Fairytale of New York, but I listened to a Pair of Brown Eyes and it wrapped it's self so tightly round my head I spent the rest of the day listening to them. To the point I nipped to the supermarket this afternoon for stuff and found a five album box set for £9 and bought it.

You can't hear this and not remember how really bad it was .Songs like this , people like Arlo ,Pete Seeger,Dylan ,PP&M etc. are what helped us(me) through the bad times .Thank you .
