well not to say not to look at and ponder over all those writings in the book (for what they are worth?), but maybe we don't need to worry so much about overly interpreting the fig tree thing anyway, along with all the alleged context (the word of god thing), right along with the rest of it. could be that has had a lot to do with what got us all into this mess to start with? i have seen my fair share of craziness,,,and most of it it seems, is disguised as "normal".

but hey, under the circumstances, why not wonder about the fig tree?

Ain't one person's wonder at mysteries yet to be revealed another person's blasphemy? Sometimes?

Hey, I just live here, I didn't invent this children of the book crap? But since this christian-islam-judeo crap dominates our world, we got to play the game. Now, to refrain from blasphemy, when something in the book does not make sense (the fig tree incident for example), we say its a mystery. One of god's mysteries to be exact. Anything that does not fit into the logical conclusion that Jesus is really a Republican from Kansas at heart...It's a....come on you can do it....it's a ......onn the tip of your tongue (I know it is)......that's right....it's a mystery! In the end it is all about pecking order! OK, in America the proper pecking order is....god...Jesus ....white protestant (in recent times this has apparently morphed to accept mormon) ...catholic (they are going for a separate but equal to white protestant position and are closer than at anytime in the past) ...jew....black protestant ....asian ....islam (that is correct, asian has recently jumped islam in the pecking order and they are poised to jump black protestant soon) ...women (unless they are lesbians or belong to men affiliated with things below this pecking order in the list) ....assorted pagan ...."spiritual" ..... satan... non human life ....the earth ....homosexual ....atheist.

It is really quite simple once you get the hang of it!

Who's order (perspective) is this? Homosexuals are "lower" than satan and the earth??? I'm speaking for my gorgeous, brilliant, talented 22 year old gay daughter and she's equal to the white protestants, the catholics, the jews, black protestants, asians, islamic, and she is a woman. Tell me...do you listen when Arlo sings or talks?

Sorry heraclitis if I came on strong...my mother's protective nature kicked in. An atheist...why you rank right up there with any good Catholic! Hmmmm, guess we should move on. It is hard to change, influence the world order. Glad we have Arlo to make a big dent in it. Peace to you brother.

There you go Agnes, so stop your blaspheming! Just get on board and conform with the natural order of things! I still can't rule the fig tree incident as just a mystery of god! There must be a logical explanation?

I saw Jesus driving down the highway yesterday and he had an NRA sticker. I waived and he held up his assault weapon and yelled everybody needs protection! I immediately had a vision of Jesus jumping off the cross and poppin' some caps in some Roman Ass! I guess he is really one bad ass HEB at heart! I noticed he had a piss on evolution sticker (you know the irritated little boy that's pissing on something...well he was pissing on one of those Jesus Fish with the little legs sticking out).
