meanwhile...i have been mystified for several days now over a garden gnome who has found his way into my yard....rIght by my garden!  i got no idea where he came from.... i guess it is nice though to share a sense of humor and joy with someone even though i got no idea who!

speaking of which....i do miss the playful raucousness that used to abound here in much abundance (i don't care if that was redundant and stop bothering me about it)

anyway, hello again captain zap!  i been missing you around here.  and of course i always miss heraclitis when he is away.  and goofus,,,,anyone seen goofus around?  just checking on him ya know, maybe kevin has seen him around?  i don't know...

the weather the past few days around here been pretty sweet (warm sunshine)....awoke this morning to the sound of rain falling....it does seem to have comforting properties sometimes

on that note, here is an in your face and up your nose sad song if i ever did hear one!

I'm still around. Was gone for a while, been lurking for a while trying to catch up on what I missed.

so there i was in a flu funk fog i was trying to climb out of (this thing still ain't gone gone) and i started browsing the internet looking at all these different kind of crystals (you know, the ones that grow in the earth) and wound up reading about negative ions and waterfalls and stuff, and i don't know whether or not it would create a sufficient amount of water droplet explosions, but i am thinking one of those little indoor fountains might be nice...if nothing else for the moisture it might contribute to the dry indoor air...sufficient water droplet explosions would be cool though.

this also makes me think of a girl who attended our school (jr. high) for one year...and she was pretty cool! i could be pretty quiet (i know, hard to imagine) until i got to know a person, and on our first meeting, initiated by her, she started to call me "the silent wonder", but it was with a smile, so i smiled back. but anyway she invited me to her apartment at some point (it was just her and one or two others (maybe a brother and a friend?) who i never met, all pretty much kids but apparently someone was old enough to rent an apartment) and somewhere in all that she showed me a waterfall/stream she'd built inside the apartment which absolutely captivated me...i can't explain why.

anyway, i would like to go outside a bit, but it is kinda makes-you-want-to-smear-on-whale-blubber cold out there.

stay warm folks

He also produced Ian Mathews fresh from Fairport Convention in this arrangement later lifted with much success by the Eagles

(this is a really good album even though Ian Mathews thought it too country)

Another great Michael Nesmith production
