The MYTH OF THE BENEVOLENT RICH

Tell me, did you hurt your head when you fell off the Milk truck? You must have hit it pretty hard?

Who said anything about benevolence? The pre-fed banks would have taken care of themselves out of self interest, not for any want of being altruistic. It is the guise of benevolence that established bumbling socialist institutions like the Fed.

WTF

(Just so there is no misinterpretation, this particular WTF is a combo WTF

It is part laughing WTF because this is just funny

and partly outrage WTF

that anybody could suggest this as a legitimate foundation for an argument that the Great Depression was not due to the failure of Free Market Capitalism)

And yet I back it up.. What do you do? Nothing. You have nothing. You are bereft of ideas or thought. I have shown you analysis from people who actually lived through the depression, whereas you just babble about some stuff you thought up while sitting next to a warm bong.

Could you post SOMETHING instead of illustrating why you are in the asylum? Before the wards come into the room and tackle you soon, please re-read page 9.

Bah, what's the point? You are a radical left wing extremist, you probably don't know how to read anything that wasn't written from the eastern bloc..

Is this is an example of the kinder gentler forum you were talking about over yonder?

You are not a politician, you are a comedian!

Have you ever considered getting a watermelon and smashing it with a sledge hammer, that is funny too, I have seen that done before.

Keep'em comin"! I need the humor!

You are neither a politician or a comedian. You are a seriously disturbed individual, who lacks any semblance of intelligence, and when that is made clear to you, you go on these little laughing sprees until they put you on the shock table there in the hospital.

But let's keep it going. I can talk about your mental deficiencies, and you can sit there rocking back and forth giggling (if the staff on your floor allows it).

It is funny. I gotta go to work because I am not one of those self-interested non-benevolent rich people that save the world from calamity!

You crack me up dude!

''Advocates of capitalism are very apt to appeal to the sacred principals of liberty, which are embodied in one maxim: The fortunate must not be restrained in the exercise of tyranny over the unfortunate.''-Bertrand Russell

Throughout history, Socialism has ended up bailing out Capitalism. 2008 was the latest of that.

How is that pray tell? You mean a bunch of socialists got together and did something completely anti-capitalist like chose winners and losers instead of letting nature take its course? That is Socialism ruining the world, and has nothing to do with capitalism.

"National Socialism will use its own revolution for establishing a new world order." - Adolf Hitler

Capitalism has been bailed out too many times to number. 2008 should be clear to all.

Jafo, I will stand before the throne of the almighty, and condemn you form of capitalism. (It was once known on arlonut. that I have a Messianic complex. Hell, at being myself...damn near forget I'm Michael. #9 from the Beatles song.) We have working forms of capitalism and socialism in America. But when the Corporate, now fascism form takes, profits out of town at midnight, towns find it hard to pay for benefit like Libraries.

Where I come from in Massatack, there were a number of small businesses that had made it. They in return helped start lots of small businesses. Good luck with that today, when the Multi-nationals took over.

Your kind are cold hearted fools for wanting to take away, the safety nets, that put food on the table, needed, because of your love of corporate greed.

Funny, I started a business in my living room.. Where are these multi-national boogiemen?
