Hello everybody... You may have missed me in arlonet. .. seems I forgot my password, and just couldn't gain access for awhile. Maybe if the W!zard coulda came to NY and slugged me with a hammer, I'd of figured it out... ntm: You can thank Larry F. ( or blame Larry ) for me being back, as Larry steered me in.... Thanks Larry. As I was tellin you, this for a very long time, is a home away from home. I have so many friends here, and you've always been so kind. Well your like family to me... I pray you all understand my sentiment, as it comes from the bottom of my heart. I'm sure you'd all agree, Arlo isn't the kind of man you meet everyday. And for that, I'm happy. To have met him. I always love hearing him talk, sing, & play music... He's a genious, as most of you know....

Now onto everything that's happened in the last few mnths... Even tho I haven't been current on the site here, my friends keep me in touch with current events... So much sadness... So many good people being called to the Lord... Seems like our lil family here, is getting smaller ( for some of us middle aged folks ) and let it be clear. My heart goes out to all of you, that have lost loved ones. As Cheryl H. said. Grab on to your lover, as your hearts bout to die... I'll hug Sue tonight, and thank my lucky stars, we're still around...

Yeah, I'm still sorta heart sick, as my favorite friend in the world Ms. Lafitz, has gone thru so much. Well I'm not about to go around posting on every thread... so your getting it here... Maybe jumbled, and ramling, but none-the-less heartfelt....

I hate quoting Arlo, but he's so much more eloquent with words than I could ever be... I'd think it a good idea, as to take his advice. He's a very generous man, to give advice. ntm: I couldn't think of a better mentor, on maybe how to live. How to grieve. How to carry on...

We're all in the same boat. All our days will come... It still doesn't take away the fact, my heart goes out, to those of whom have lost loved ones. To tell the very truth, I can't even imagine, going thur, what allot of you all have...

And with that said, TX for not forgetting me. Remembering my birthday, and things like that... I have a family of my own.. Not so much my wife and kids, but brothers and sisters, and sister in laws, and brother in laws. The thruth being, and I'm not ashamed to admitt it... You people on here, these very message boards, are so much kewler than my own family. Who was it, that said, "you can pick your friends, but not your family"??? Anyhow, that guy was a genious too!!! He was entirely right.

I don't make too many shows these days. But let me tell ya. When I do walk into the Guthrie Cnt. and see all the ol gang, my heart sings like a bird. I love you all so very much. Let that never be forgotten... I'd hate to think I had forgot you all. Even in my absence I've thought about you all, most everyday....

Things for me aren't too bad.... Who knows. Maybe by July I might be off probation.... I don't often catch a break, when it comes to the man, but cross your fingers for me, as I know you will....

Some happy news. That lunk of a hockey player from NJ became a Grandpa... X's too... Now that's funny.... I've found out the hard way before, when you hurt so bad, it's time to laugh... sounds wierd, but it's true....

BUT, as AG says "All this stuff takes time"

God-bless/ Robert L. Brown/ aka/RB

Tx for not forgetting me.... I hold you all very dear to my heart...

Freaky: How you doing? I feel so blunder F***ed, as me and the wife were at the Chruch last Oct... You were parking cars. It's no one's fault really, but no one told me, you were you... Or I would have certainly shook your hand, and had a great talk. I'm sure of it....

I did get to look at some photos after the fact, and you sure look like a very kewl guy man.... ntm: I like your bug ... VW Bug that is... ha ha

I used to own one back in the late 70's..... I'm surprized with your back problems, you choose to drive one. Maybe you've invested in air shocks, but mine was like riding a go cart... I was young then, and that was before I fell off a 3 story building, and broke my spine.... Maybe I should have the back surgery I've been avoiding for yrs...

But fair warning: I'll be back. We plan on attending the fall shows, and I really hope to meet you. Now that I know what you look like....

Peace out Joe
Kind Regards/Rb
