Who made it?

I know PeaceLoveAndArlo and 1PurpleDragon got there.

How did it go?

We would like to hear from you traveling Blunderites!

I know "The back pocket brigade" had a great time!

Steph, I know you enjoyed the trip from my back pocket LOL
I just came over here to post a few pictures and videos.
I had an awesome time Friday night what a great experience and I definatly plan to go back someday. I'm sorry I didn't get to meet anyone other than Lorie, Im kinda shy about going up to strangers but I was pretty sure that was Lorrie that I was approaching. I had a great time with my cousins and we did some touristy stuff together on Saturday. We all enjoyed the show and were laughing about some of it most of the day on Saturday.

here are a few pics I took over my 2 day trip.

This was my first time seeing Arlo at the Church and what a blast! My husband and I had seen Sarah play there many years ago (when RIG was still around) and so going to the church wasn't new, but what a different way to see Arlo in concert. I've been blessed to see him perform about 9 or 10 times over the years (including Carnegie Hall w/ Pete Seeger many, moons ago)....
We were there for the Friday night performance and I can't stop raving about how awesome the concert was. We're hoping to make it back next year-we were actually suppose to go one 4th of July, but I was put on bed rest with our oldest daughter, now five. And I'm hoping to take the girls next time (5 and 3)....The last time I saw Arlo peform was two days before I gave birth to our youngest, and we joked that had I delivered that night her middle name would have been Guthrie (it's Dylan for Bob)....I'm a huge Guthrie fan and actually had contractions during the concert three years ago-I refused to leave knowing that it would be a long time before I got to see him again....Well worth the wait.
I'm not sure how many of you I got to meet/bump into on Friday, but I'm sure I met a few of you. Hopefully we'll meet again and I'm crossing my fingers for next year!

I went to the show only on Friday. The setlist was awesome. I don't have much to say because a couple of people took the words right out of my mouth. I'm sorry I could not fit anybody in my back pocket because I wore a paisley dress banded around the thighs. It could be hard to put someone under my dress only if it is a guy  I do not mind looking like a giant decorated tupperware bowl with excess baggage and constant burping. Hey now that is a great idea for a halloween costume!

Actually...I haven't seen a set list yet! I know of a couple of songs he played, but not all.

I bet the dress was lovely! I was in a back pocket and was facing the other way so I didn't get to see it. I'm soo glad you went!!

BTW: Thanks 1purpledragon for the videos. I finally got a chance to watch them (never enough hours in the day)-they're fantastic! So sorry we didn't get to meet on Friday (my husband and I were in the way front, right next to the speakers).

I know who you were! Sue and I were sitting by the speakers on the other side of the church, and I had a good view of you! You were having fun!!

We were having an absolute blast....I'm so sorry that I didn't get to meet more blunderites.....there's always next year at the Church (and I'm bound and determined to get there again).
I can't believe how many of us there are from CT...I've always had a tough time finding Arlo fans in this state, until now.
Peace,
Sue (Sophie is my eldest daughter, I just borrow her name, she's still too young to know the difference)
