I have to wonder if it's something we just "picked up" from all the decades of listening to Arlo.

I think maybe there are times we all "tune in" to the same frequency....

Ahhhhhhh.........the harmonic convergence blunder theory! Einstein was working on that right before he died.

does the harmonic convergence mean we all get a buzz at the same time??? cool!

geez looeez! Judy beat me to the upside down chonklit cake conundrum (but that's why she's the third half of Larnie!), so all I can do is remind you not to drool up yer nose while contemplating those belgium chonklits that might still remain...

and what sort of kinky places does your spouse take you out to, where they only wear glad rags??? Oh well... different strokes and all that...

Happy happy!

I'm sorry Louise, I'm late. It's 10:30 pm here (it's still your birthday) :)
Happy Birthday!

Well thanks again everyone.
July is a big birthday month in my family. Sat night we had a big Turkey dinner, (that couldn't be beat) and celebrated. It is winter here of course so we had the fire going and music from Frank Sinatra (my mom's fave) to Gene Autry (my Dad's fave) Then my Dad played his musical saw. He's getting a little forgetful (he's nearly 90!) but he did a wonderful job of Home on The Range right to the last note!
My daughter Jess, who is learning the Cello, had a go and managed a few notes. My nephew Ben, who you saw in the adg in Bris pics, had a go and everyone shouted "Who stood on the cat??!!!. It was lots of fun!
Ben said to me "Wouldn't it be something to see Gramps do a few tunes with Arlo!"

My beloved and I celebrated our 34th year, of bein' hitched, on Sunday.
We went to a quiet beach near us and enjoyed eating fish 'n chips. It was kinda cold and windy but we had fun. I waved to you all across the Pacific!

Thanks again everyone :D

Ya Know, Loiuse, it's always a love story with you!! The story and pics of your parents you shared with us a while back....your journey to OZ, your life as a horiculturist...your blinderchooks which we love and name and write stories about....to your love, whom you refer
to always as "My beloved" . Now come to find out it's
also your anniversary! 34 years together, and you refer to him as your beloved, that is a gift to be treasured for sure.

Happy Anniversary!

Happy anniversary from me too! The musical saw is neat. I've seen it played in a coupla of churches. Once an old man was playing it. Pretty neat...

I'm sorry, Louise! I let this notice slip by me. Must have been having to get up at 4:30 am all last week and getting distracted by the other thread! Belated happy birthday and belated happy aniversary! Cool beans! Thirty-four years! Congrats and lots more (at least double) of both!

Hi Louise ! A belated Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary from the missing Brisbane Blunderite. Sounds like you had a great day.

I'm still stranded in the deep south of Aus, hope to get home in time for the next adg Aus tour!

Bye for now,

... Dave
