Our thoughts are with you Larry. After having met you I can say that you're truly a good person. That's part of your Dad's legacy and a source of pride for the both of you. Our hearts are with you.

You count on my Mrs. T. (another tough cookie that outlasted the best of doctors predictions) to cook for your Pop and Todd too!! And in heaven - there probably are no calories and no dishes to wash!! Just good company.

Thinking of you all day today buddy.

Larry, my deepest condolences to you and your family for your loss. My dad, too, a fighting Irishman, loved the Irish blessing (thanks for posting that Arnie). We go forward now. Take care and know you have my prayers and support.

One can only speculate Larry, that if your Father was 1/2 the man you are, he was one hell of a guy. Sue and I both send our condolences, from the bottom of our hearts.

Sincerely/ Rob & Sue

So sorry to hear about your dad. Prayers & vibes sent. That poem Arnie posted is a good one. Mike had it on a card & put it in his uncle Bill's coat pocket when he died...

I am very sorry to hear about your dad, Larry. My thoughts and prayers go out to him, you and your family. I like the story about the pirate flag- my kind of guy. Have a good journey, Larry's dad.
Love and Peace
Brigitte

The services were yesterday, and since Linda and daughter Jennifer lifted these words off this site and printed them out for a photo board at the service, you were kinda there. Thanks for the prayers, vibes ,wishes and kind words folks.

I think Todd and my Dad would/will get along.

At my parents winter home in the Florida Keys, they were in a small gated community where almost everyone had a golfcart to get around. My dad had a small skull and crossbones pirate flag on his. Some old lady in the community asked something like " Can he have one of those, I think it's terrible?!". My Dad's solution to this concern was to buy a bigger pirate flag. Yup, Todd would like my dad.

I loved this story Larry. Keep telling the stories. Tell them to your friends to your family, to people you meet on the street. It is the stories that keep our loved ones memory alive. 4 generations from now some old man will be telling the one about thier dads great great uncle who had the pirate flag on his golfcart. He will be remembered forever through the stories.

Our hearts go out to you and yours during this sad time. I am going to honor your dad by telling this story in my chi kung class tomorrow.

Big Love,
Connie & Chuck too!
