For those of you who have been sending Blundervibes to Gigi for the last 18 months - she is now free of Baghdad! She landed yesterday in Amman, Jordan. Talked with her briefly last night and she is relieved to be out of that hell-hole of an assignment. She'll stay in Amman a couple days, then to Italy for a couple days before heading to DC for a few months. Her next assignment should be much better, well compared to Baghdad at least - Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.
She sends heartfelt thanks for all the vibes and prayers sent her way.
