Yes, I was sung to by friends at Folk Club (with a guitar, mandolin and banjo for backup!) and it was great! Jim and the kids and I came back to the house and had chonklit cake and ice cream (Moose Tracks!) and it was a lot of fun!
Tomorrow I go to the horse rescue stable. It's a great place to volunteer! I've been around often enough that when the horses hear me holler "Good morning!" they all start making a lot of noise 'cuz they know I'm going to make the rounds and feed 'em. It's nice, to have large beasties look forward to your presence in their lives!

Hmmmm?? I suppose I could consider myself one of those large beasties that likes having you around up at the church and stuff. :)

I hope you enjoyed the lesson on gravity for your birthday. I have become more and more aware of gravity as I have more and more birthdays somehow. I think it may have something to do with it becoming increasingly more difficult to get my ass out of the recliner as birthdays start to pile up. :?

I think it may have something to do with the cumulative effect of all the pieces of chonklit birthday cake you eat over the course of a lifetime. There is much more for the gravity to work on, the older you get......

Who had it last? I haven't seen any of you in weeks! In fact, the last one of you I've seen was, I think, you, Larry. Were you the last one to have it?

Yep... Larry had it last... now you have it! It must have hopped a freight from Jersey to Connecticut! It's good to see the brain cell on the move again!
