And I have a chonklit cupcake to eat in her honor. Although technically I never met Mrs. T, I feel like I did, and I'm so very glad!

I'm thinking of you today, too, Regina, and all those who loved her.

Happy Birthday to Mrs. T!

And I hope the celebration you have this year becomes a regular thing, Regina!

Our thoughts are with you and the rest of Mrs. T's family! :)

Now I gotta go find some chonklit cake!

Thanks gang.

5/22 - Michele and I went out to dinner at a very pretty Italian place....It was the first time we saw eachother since the day we left Mrs. T with Mr. Michael T, so it was (a little bit - at times) oddly awkward. But when there was an silence - I thought of Mrs. T., who would yell at us from her hospital bed - "KEEP TALKING!!! - I like to hear you talking..." and Michele and me and her daughter would dig deep into our tired brains to think of any thing to keep the conversation going - sometimes for hours, until Mrs. T. would fall asleep peacefully knowing we were still there.

Last night, we talked about Mrs. T. (AKA Cyber Nonni) and other people and things. We agreed to keep doing our regular diner "coffee's" in sweats and scrubs - but on this day every year it will be a dress up party with swanky Italian gravy!!!

PS - Keep an eye out, "Mrs.T'sGirl"'s birthday is 5/28. I'll keep you posted.

We had a 'date' on Mrs. T's birthday--played hookey from work in the afternoon, saw the new Indiana Jones movie, did some window shopping and then had a nice dinner. May 22 henceforth will be our Mrs. T Day; an excellent day to do something out of the normal routine because she would like that (and so do we!).
