Hey, JJ... that's great! I'm sure that the experience will be valuable to you and to the kids!

And I LIKE the idea of a thread in here called "Random!"

Random you say?

I have some random questions....

If humans have 46 chromosomes, and chimps have 48, how many does George W. Bush have?

What is the approximate air speed velocity of an African sparrow carrying two half shells of coconuts in relation to a European sparrow charged with the same task?

If a platypus is the only mammal that lays eggs, how do you explain George W. Bush?

Could a Venus Fly Trap catch flies on Mars?

Who has the brain cell?

Well Larry I will give a try on your first question. With bush being the monkey boy I would have to say that he has 48.

Of course! Goes without saying.

And Goofus, how could you think that I have the brain cell if you don't have it?

Venus Fly Trap still at WKRP Uranus!

everyone knows African sparrows are not migratory!
Maybe it's a trick question, and there's actually 2 European sparrows carrying the coconuts together?

So I forgot some of my sparrow facts, perhaps that proves I'm not holding the brain cell at the moment. If I was half as much of a bird brain as my backhalf, perhaps I woulda remembered that sparrow stuff! :D

I'm not too sure about dubya having 48 chromosomes, I suspect he may have 49. At least that's what the chimps lawyers told me.

Still no answer on the platypus paradox?

One more random question does come to mind :

Would solving the age old chicken and the egg which came first question lead us to understand which came first regarding bacon or Col. Sanders?
