so microsoft bids $44.6 BILLION with a CAPITAL B to buy out yahoo.com!

the stock went through the roof today, does anyone know if today is still a good day to buy low? or was yesterday the day to do it? i don't know crap about stocks, but this seems like a good deal? "yahoostock 2008" yeah!!!!!
