I was cold last Monday Night. I was wearing my purple and cheering and the Ravens as they almost beat the Pat's. Then it took 4 hours to drive home in an ice storm! talk about Monday Night Magic? I will be there again next Sunday hoping the Ravens will beat the Colt's. Tough being a Baltimore Sports Fan these days! At least the Sooners back home are looking good!

You know, I went furniture shopping with a friend Saturday and ended up buying a couch at Bob's. I don't know if you have that store out west, but it is prevalent in Connecticut and the NY Metropolitan area, and there are commercials for Bob's on TV about every 5 minutes. Anyway, as I was paying for it, my friend and I were given t-shirts that say something like "Bob's--the Official Furniture Store of the New England Patriots". I didn't know that football teams had official furniture stores, and couldn't help wondering if it is also the Official Furniture Store of the New York Giants.........

now I was at the NY Knicks game last night, and they amazingly whupped the Detroit Pistons (one of my other favorite teams no less), and doncha' know that in the middle of the whuppin', the giant screen in the Garden went live to the Giants game where the final interception was taking place. Shoulda' heard the crowd (that there was) roar! The players on the court knew it weren't for them...

so... knicks and giants winning at the same time... coinkydink? or just the blundergods havin' a laugh at our expense?
