I was reflecting back on the last yr of my life, when I found last yrs. photo of my lil Zoee. An angel, a lil elf, all with a little santa hat on, and red drawers.....

* It's ONLY one year later. Her favorite passtime, is watching her Dad play billiards at home. She listens very intently on when the balls hit the pocket, rolling down, into arms lenght. She then proceeds to pick up a ball, and throw it at anything that moves. The cat, her Dad. Her Dad has managed to stave off, her landing one threw the bay window, only to take a shot in the groin ( & I'm being nice and generous in my choice of verbs here. after all is the Lord's day )

But after the shot in the ( lets say family jewels, to quote Richard ) he lay on his hardwood floor writhing in pain. He now has a spotter. NTM: she drops one on her little feet every so often, turns on the tears, and gets that added attention, a first born always recieves..( funny how after a second or third child comes along, the parent says, " OH they'll be OKAY, walk it off. Honey just tell her to walk it off)

The end of my story. I was telling a good friend about my Grandaughters personality traits, and I asked him. "Man, do you think I should get Zoee some Army boots for Christmas"??? And he contemplated that idea, for the better part of 15 minutes. and he said "Rob, I think that's a great idea"! "Just make sure they are steel toed"~~~ True story!
