Ok, so I'm a Cowboys fan... and there's no rivalry like that between the Skins & the Boys... But today, football lost one of it's own, Washington Redskin safety Sean Taylor. All rivalry aside... prayers go out to Sean's family, and friends - most especially the little girl who lost her dad today. May God watch over them all and shower them with his love and comfort the way no one else can.

Sad story to be sure. Even stranger is that I just got back from visiting my dad in the hospital, and he and my sister were telling me that my dad and niece met Sean on a Sun Cruz gambling boat out of Key Largo where my folks have a winter house, and were gambling with the guy. They said he was a real nice guy and was even placing bets for them.

Neat story. I don't keep up with sports & know nothing about them but I was sure sorry to hear about him. Mike loves the Redskins & likes the Cowboys too as well as lots of other teams. I saw Joe Gibbs on the news today & liked what he said about this Redskin guy & his faith in God. May God be with his family friends, Redskins, fans & football fans...
