Perhaps the caution tape is double sided and is warning Arlo & co. to beware of bizzaro fans. Our brave hero's disregard the warning, teach guitar lessons, and sign autographs over the deblunderized zone.

Double sided caution tape? How nefarious! Might be a homeland security program to keep folksingers and folks apart. Of course, if they got together, that would not be dangerous for the country, but it might be for the government.Of course only some of us really know that the country and the government ain't the same thing.

I prefer to think of caution tape like I do signs........" on the other side, it didn't say nuthin', that side was made for you and me.........."

In the meantime, I'll try to come up with some more smartass captions:
