adg, :D. Looking forward to hearing details about that!

So, my sister and brother Brisbane Blunderites, on Monday night if you see a slim woman with long brownish silverish (or is that the other way around)Arlo type curly hair in her early 50's with a tall slim 30 year old man also with long curly black Arlo type hair (thats my nephew, my Mom was coming but she broke her toes in a car wreck, but she's OK) thats me. I will probably be wearing some sort of purple top and jeans or pants. We are arriving about 6 or so to have dinner in the restaurant (not the fancy one) We are sitting in area 37 the Silver section (I was too late for gold) Might C U there :)

Wow, terrific news from adg :D I was going to suggest the Woodford Folk Festival near Briabane, but looks like the Folkslinger could be one step ahead! Can't wait :)

Hey Louise - thats wierd, I am in section 37 too! I have the Arlo hair colour, but short hair, and I'm a coupla shirt sizes bigger than him 8), probly jeans and a black polo shirt. It would be great to have a Brisbane Blunderites meet before the show.

With so many Blunderites at the show, I think the Folkslingers people should get in touch with His Bobness's people, and lobby for an Arlo or Woody song :)

Bye for now ... Dave

Maybe a busload of rag tag Blunderites? Travelling the Antipodes eating Vegemite sandwiches and helping adg out on his solo tour? He's got my resume somewhere back there in the files of ziberzee.
BlunderDownunder always sounded good, save up you gals and guys.
I would love to bring my video camera. We could make a movie, any ideas for a title??

Well Dave I'll look out for ya on Mon night. As I said we'll be having some dinner before hand in the bistro to the left when you walk in the main door. Hope to catch you too BobbiB.

We may have to get permission to get some Brisbane Blunderite t-shirts!!
Then when people ask us what the heck it means we can say "Well when Arlo Guthrie comes to Bris next time, come and find out for yourself!"

Geez Louise! Why does ya always gotta bring vegemite into it?!

Kangaroos look in your windows at night
They look to the left and
they look to the right
then Godzilla squishes them with his big toe
And there ain't no kangaroos no moe.

Hope you all enjoy the blunder downunder anti godzilla massacre maybe solo reunion tour and movement when it gets there. I heard vegemite can be used as a Godzilla repellent by the way........

You've been so good Lar and I tried to be but ................DOH!

Hey, I came on to post that I had indeed sent Godzilla packing by threatening to force him (or is it her?) to eat vegemite, so it is safe to come DownUnder now. He/she was very upset when I yelled, as he/she disappeared over the ocean, back to Japan, "You can NEVER remake a classic!!!!" So Lar,tho we are repelled, like when you try to push two magnets together the wrong way, when vegemite is mentioned, perhaps in many other ways we do think alike?

Larry, I didn't see your suggestion for a title?

Hi Louise,

While Larry's thinkin on the title, I had a ponder here too. Its obviously got to include a restaurant with an Aus flavour. Well, the local cafe/ restaurant ihere s called (unofficially of course) The Greasy Spoon. So, if you're looking for something with a JKR sort of ring to it .... how about - "Geez Louise and the Blunders at the Greasy Spoon"

:)
