Speaking of Joisey snakes, for you fans of The Sopranos, Phil Leotardo got whacked in the last episode a mile and half down the street from my store at a gas station . They filmed in April.

I saw a coyote in suburban central mass last week just sittin by the side of the road watchin the cars go by in the middle of the day. I know we have them in our yard...all the ground hogs have vanished as evidenced by the fact that my garden has'nt. Got about a 4 foot milk snake living in the garage under the freezer, left his skin at the front door. No more mice rippin open the trash....hope he doesn't come inside though.

Someone in Arlo's neck of the woods got bit by a viper a few years ago..the first reported poisonous snake bit in mass in 30 years. They couldn't make out the snake....most likely a copperhead.
