Re- PSBeaty
hope you don't mind in my reponding in Chit-chat-for-Mat, it's the easiest way to maintain point

it's a scary world,

** Not to me it ain't, I'm one of those idiots that believe "it is what it is", Shakespeare was right
THE WORLD IS A STAGE, AND WE ARE ALL ACTORS PLAYING A PART
THERE ARE NO SMALL PARTS, ONLY SMALL ACTORS

nothing was prophesied 1000's of years ago, the great mass of us have only realized civil rights relatively recently.

** You obvioulsy are not a fan of the Bible . . . Revelation in particular. It's all there, you don't even have to go there, just read the news

the modern world is difficult to comprehend at times, time moves very quickly in this modern age and people can lose their footing, it is difficult enough for people who are coping to keep coping let alone look around and provide a safety net for others and this can be particularly difficult for the young who have grown up in a world with time shooting by so quickly.

** All of which is completely out of control. The problem with my generation (the "Free Love" generation) is Love was interpreted as Sex . . and there ain't no free sex, there is always a price to pay . . . in fact there is a price to pay for everything. We are now paying the price for our generations actions. We were good at teaching discipline, but we failed to teach Self-discipline. On top of that we spawned many generations of "Strong Willed Children" . . . The "stong willed " child is going to do what they want to do, when they want to do it, and how they want to do it, and there ain't nuthin you can do to stop them. They are no longer children, they are 30 and over and about to take over the world

relax, breath deep, figure out how you can help and make a difference

** The answer has always been the same
LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS I HAVE LOVED YOU . . .that would be Uncompromising, Unconditional Love . . . it isn't very likely that is ever going to happen . . . better batten down the hatches, the shit is about to hit the fan

everytime this happens somebody always says, " i knew they were disturbed"

** They say that one out of five people is insane . . Look around you, if four of your friends seem normal . . . then perhaps it's you !

my heart is so sad for these families and victims....those who died and those who witnessed.... and prayer after prayer seems hardly enough to do...

but every time i think or hear about that terrible day.... i think of Iraq....
one terrible day here....mostly every terrible day there...on the day of the beautiful Convocation... 150 were killed in a bus explosion in Iraq.... how do they survive?... no time for convocations or visits from the President or
comforting each other.. or the support of a grieving nation... life goes on and so does the destruction and death....

if America is even 1 per cent responsible for what is happening in Iraq....how can we not say we have created such a culture of violence?...what is so surprising here?....and how do we hold in our hearts the families of the soldiers as well as Iraqis who watch their children die every day?.....

I live by the addage "I may not be normal but nobody is" and I am a huge fan of the Bible but I may interpret it differently than Dogma, Christian Preachers and many Jews (but not all Jews) say its supposed to be. That love everybody line about as I love you was taken from Buddha who took it from somebody else (folk song style) and somebody took it from him and its a pretty good line and I don't think the shit has to hit a fan but it certainly could and I feel as much sorrow for the people of Iraq as I do for the people of Virginia Tech, both things are wrong and a way needs to prevail that will see the end to such foolishness.

most probably the one in five saying, until next time, adios amigo

I too am a "one in five" . . . but I remember someone telling me in my youth "The way you can tell if somebody is crazy, is they go balistic when you suggest they may be crazy!" . . . And it took me a lot of years to control and hide my emotions , so they don't lock me up . . . again ! . . . (except on the internet of course !)
