Ok, I was close.Thought it was Icelandic or Danish. And I'm part Norwegian! Merry Christmas in Norwegian is "God Yul".

Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and Icelandic are all very similar languages... I'm sure it means the same thing in all of them (though they may be slightly different in spelling and pronunciation)

Larry, do you realize we could be related? My great grandparents on my Dad's side immigrated to the U.S. from Norway.(I think I might have mentioned that before?)

Bye the way Lar......it was Australia Day here yesterday (some call it invasion day) and an Italian guy in the city served....wait for it....the "V" word gelato at his shop.
