We're still szurviving. Glad you are doing okay. Between drs visits & going to Arlo shows & general life, that keeps us busy but a good busy I guess...

Hey wait....I just bought Weight Watcher's bread because it has 100% whole wheat. Pretty good stuff too....soft....I like it. Goes down my
sore throat pretty well. Starting to get better anyway, went to school today for the first time in a week, and considering school's only been
in a week and 2 days, not bad. All my absences are used up already.

My daughter just moved from Gainesville - 5 years and a master's :>)
I wanted to get tickets to the concert, but not sure if she can get back for it. They may try at the last minute if they can get there.

She moved way down, Okeechobee, cattle and oranges, not many people there though.

Arlo, how about a concert in Lorida? I can see it now, on the lawn of
the drive-thru convenience store. She just went to Orlando and had
a fix of sushi. My suggestion was "how about a drive-thru sushi place for Lorida"? If you could see the place, you'd know why I'm laughing.

The horses are still back in Gainesville (Alachua), so if you're there Mikey, go give em a pat. They've got 4 to find places for at the new town.

when the usher you're volunteering with is 5 years older than your grand kid!

missed that concert thursday, mikey... things are a little tight 'round here. i was a student at santa fe, but can't afford classes, time off work, etc, so it's on hold. again. *sigh*

as for what i do, i'm a singer/songwriter/musician. used to actually pay the bills, but gville is so full of musicians that it's not very lucrative. but the appreciation for music is great. had some fella tell me, "i've had a song of you're stuck in my head." "really?", i answered, "how's it go?" (he sang the chorus from a song about my highschool reunion, "man-bitch.") "when did you see me play?", i asked. "oh... about a year and a half ago." !!! now THAT'S music appreciation.

so to pay the bills i'm a bartender. lousy hours, lousy pay, but at least i get to drink on the job.
