If someone could explain songs in words alone, it probably wouldn't be worth much as a song. Even more of a dilemma when the song may not be worth much to begin with. Actually, I like that song a lot myself. It's about a man and his dog.

Well adg, the song helped me through some tough times like other songs on Someday, so it is worth more than just words to me.
The thing is though, I look at songs like parables. They can mean diferent things to everyone. Like I look at the Beatle's I wanna holsd your hand as god singing to ladies who have the stuff together.
But I also believe Rock and Roll is the 7 Pearls of Thunder sealed up in Revelation 10!

Ah "Me and You and Dog Named Boo". That was done by a folksinger named Lobo in the early 70's. I wonder whatever happened to him? It went like "Me and You and Dog Named Boo" travelin & livin off the land. "Me and You and Dog Named Boo", how I love being a free man. The chorus anyway. Mike has all of his albums. Anyway, I think Arlo could do a great job on that song. & There is time to learn it before the Birchmere shows...
