I now burn a candle every evening for one hr..... In her son's honor, and in her brave attitude of being a PISSED OFF MOM...... If this war made any sence, Cindy and I agreed, it wouldn't ALL be in VAIN..... But it makes no sence, for Cheney, Rumsfeld, and G.W. to fill they're HUMMERS to the brim, when the common American suffers, young men die ( sometimes worse, mamed for life ) And for what???? To TRY and shove democracy down the throat of people that have been fighting for 10's of 1000's of yrs. Nuthin will change that......

UNLESS, YOUR like George W. Bush and believe in the Bible in the literal scence.... And Jesus will come, and save all our souls, and the world will end... I believe in the latter, but some souls just can't be saved....

I do believe, Rb, that she is one of the few true heroes of our present time. It's a sadness that she is as a result of her great loss and her son's sacrifice. It's another sadness, still, that there are those who attack her out of hate and fear and label her as a traitor or misguided. A sad commentary on how little we have evolved as a species.
