After Brisbane (see above) dont think I can wait till '06 Louise. We're going along to Twin Towns on Thursday for a second helping before Also and Co leave the land of Aus.

Lucky you Davex7! I can't make the Coolangatta show with work and all.
I'll just have to hang for two years. It would be great if some of my felllow Americans could make it down here in '06. But you gotta come to the Brisbane show cos its our winter then, (August is the coldest month if the westerlies are blowing), and Bris is sub-tropical and much less cold than down south in Sydney or Melb.
Hey we could all wear Blunder Down Under T-shirts or something and have a get together with Arlo after the show or something!
If none of you can make it Down Under maybe i,ll meet you at a concert at The Church one day.
Just gotta say that i've been to lots of concerts in the last 35 years,(Dylan, N.Young, B.B. King P.Simon, P.P.&M. and lots more, but it struck me that though the music was always great they were there FOR the people where as Arlo was there OF the people even though he was unwell.[/b]

Last night we went on down to Twin Towns, had oursleves another ADG concert that couldn't be beat, went to sleep, and didn't get up to the next morning when .....

I was thinkin, if Arlo really does get himself one of those Bruce Springsteen style teleprompter things to help with the lost words next year for the 40th anniversary, well, what about all the folks who are going to miss the (almost as long) "Why I don't sing Alice anymore" version of Alice's Restaurant?
