Keith does a cameo as Jack Sparrow's father! Way cool!

Though I don't see very many movies, this one is on the list! (and yes, it was thanks to my daughter's influence that I saw Princess Bride again)

wyld, you mean in the next one? (#3) cuz that's what i heard about this one (#2) way back right after the first one ('course is may have been second or third hand news) and i haven't given up on it or anything, but i was just wondering...

I've been a John Mayall fan since I was about 17 (35 years). Saw him here in Brisbane way back then. Have some of his LP's from then.

John and I stayed up 'til 11:30 last night watching Pirates #1 on TV. I love Johnny Depp and most of his movies but we were both a little disappointed after all the hype. We both agreed that we like the old Errol Flynn stuff a little better. Kinda like trying to remake a classic.

I think I read somwhere that Keith Richards is supposed to be in a future Pirates of The Carribean movie. I haven't seen any of those yet. I took Mike to see the new Superman movie. We had a coupon for 1 free admission. He adores Superman so I took him to it for his bd. The movie we went to see on our first date was a Superman one the one with Richarx Pryor in it. It being around our 20th anniversary was neat...

Here in Left-of Center, Connecticut, it's 94 degrees with about 47% humidity, 101 heat index and I'm up on the roof reshinglin'. Ugh! Well, stripping the old stuff off right now. I'm taking a re-hydration/cool off break at the moment. It's brutal! And I'm one old, outta shape, lazy-ass, fat hippie! I'll definitely sleep well tonight! Hey, Sparky! I'll trade your 88 for my 94!
