Both pairs finally came yesterday. The one pair of jeans were plum colored flares that pull on (Pullons fits the best anymore at my age lol) & have fake gold snaps on the sides of each leg for looks. I had outgrown a plum/purple colored pair I had so when I found these in the Roamans catalog I just had to get them. The other pair are navy colored flares & they pull on. I have this nice pair of navy flarelegged jeans I got a few yrs ago & they no longer button & zip. I couldn't find another pair like them so I was lucky to find these in the Roamans catalog. Both pairs were on sale I think & I had a coupon. The navy pair they were sold out of in the size I wear now so I ahd to get a size larger. I expected them to be too large but they fit fine. Yikes...

Cheryl, thanks for mention where you bought the jeans I wonder if there is a website? I have a major rear bumper problem and I have a hard time fitting into jeans I either have to wear the stretch jeans or jeans two sizes bigger LOL!!....I have a bad time with anything that you pull on I have to wear a special kind of nylons called Dura Hose LOL!! I buy them at my neighborhood Acme Auto store <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/alien.gif" width=28 height=20>....I did receive my Amigo CD yesterday and a totally awesome CD it is. I like the last track on it called Connection and ever since the thread of 10th of January on the forums I have been playing Darkest Hour and is also an anthem of a power shortage during the daytime<img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/laugh.gif" width=15 height=15>

when friday the 13th comes out ON FRIDAY THE 13TH, the best thing to do is to crawl into bed and just stay there until the weekend passes!!!!! now i just peek in here and see all this activity, and all i can think of is "the horror... the horror!!!!"

Cheryl, I don't have a pair of jeans in my wardrobe that arn't flaired or a very generous boot cut. I even have a realy great flaired striped rainbow skirt that every one tries to buy off me when I wear it. I don't get my stuff from any special shops, its just that in manchester there are a lot of differant styles and in cornwall where we go on holiday there is a huge hippy/surfing community.

I do stand out a bit at school events in red leather boots just visable under my flairs, a Kaftan down to my knees and a full leanth purple velvit coat, but my friends a goth so I'm not the only freek.

I get their catalogs too. They are womesn plsu size catalogs. You have to wade thru some fuddy duddy or grandma stuff to find the good stuff like flared jeans or widelegged pants...
