JohnC's sister Rosemary is coming up to the church for the tailgate. If anyone ends up with an extra ticket for Saturday or Sunday night, please contact JohnC, he'd like to purchase it from you. Thanks, Regina

It may be a soggy Tailgate--bring your raingear!

I'd like to send my regrets that we won't be attending the tailgate tomorrow. A dear friend's Mom passed on Thursday and we will be attending the services for her tomorrow.

Turkey fyrin' is a southern thang. Turkey, BIG pot, lots of oil. Post how it went.

I've slipped into the Carneige rotation from the Church rotation with some kind help from mah friends. Y'all know who ya are.

Actually, my older son lives in NYC, & I don't get to see him often. So it's to NYC and Carnegie for us this year.

See all y'all there, God willing and the creek don't rise.

The tailgate happened without any rain even though we had monsoons they day and night before.....non-stop! Thanks Gay! We knew it was you. I learned stuff too.1) Vegemite looks just like bearing grease and tastes like beef bullion cubes mixed with vaseline.( Thanks Louise......I think)
2)If you don't wanna get hugged by a bunch of hippies, tell them you got a cold. This works with everyone except Wyldflower and Sherry. They in turn, hugged everyone else......so if you get my cold, you didn't get it from me!
3)The tailgate and the weekend was worthwhile just for the music played at the tailgate!( Although the Arlo gig wasn't bad either)

glad to hear your spirits (and tailgate) weren't damped... and isn't it just correct that 'typhoid' sherry should spread good cheer (and anything else) all around??

sorry i hadda miss the hug-fest!
There's always next year, right?

on to carnegie!

Hey, Larry, you got some "air hugs, too.

Another wonderful tailgate, in spite of missing a whole lot of people. Mark, I thought of you often during our jam. You would have loved it! I got to harmonize with a cowboy musician, a florist, and an engineer. We Blunderites are a versatile bunch!

Louise, it was great to see you! I must admit, however, that I did not try the vegemite.
