LOL, Joe ...The hugs and real conversation and hugs and smiles and hugs and food and, did I mention hugs? ... are why October has replaced the end-of-year holidays as what our (my and Jay's) year revolves around. Tailgate's become our "Christmas morning." The online communication is what keeps us with our community in between times.

Oh, I'm sorry--my response wasn't enough "on topic." Yes, I would be "in" on the turkey, and/or I will be willing to be herded and/or help to herd cats. The Post-Katrina National Disaster and a broken computer have kept me from (1) posting as much as I would have and (2) getting or responding to e-mail. Jay has set me up with an alternative computer (PC!) tonight, but I can't get to e-mail yet. In light of all that's going on, I won't ask for Mac Blundervibes, except maybe from the Wizard. But yes, I'm in.

well, I'll be there in spirit, even though I'm diagoanally as far away as one can get in the contiguous 48 states, the state of Blunderites isn't terribly geographically rooted, anyway, is it? Cea, any progress on the Home for Aging Blunderites? I'm sneeking up on 60, now (13 months) & hafta make plans, I'm told... good to see you all, more soon, Love, Bumper

I'm starting to turn GREEN.

Is herding cats harder than herding Eponymooses. (it's a Larry thing..like Swiss Cheese reading).

Larry brings lawn tents and coffee and tea makings, and people bring all kinds of munchies. We always seem to have too much in recent years as this things grows.

somehow, I can imagine Wyld organizing cats into various catagories, i.e. Hymalian, Calico, tabby, Siamese, etc, not in a segrationist sense, but in order to insure that each group contributes the most meaningful service, while the cats go on being cats..much as Blunderites do....
As for me, I'd wanna play Timbales to all of Sarah Lee's songs & organize a Ping Pong Tourney..(clothing optional for the Tourney)
