Hi friends!
Things are rolling along, and I'm getting settled in my new job. Check out the website: http://www.westlakelibrary.org
Click on Youth Services, and I'll bet you can figure out which little kid picture is mine. I guess some habits start really early!

Pat, the photo is adorable. And it helps that there's your name, popping up when I placed my cursor over the picture

PS Beaty, what are you coming over for and where?

When traveling to England and wanting to know what kind of clothes to pack all one has to remember is:-

In England we don't so much as have Seasons, just the weather.

The weather over here at the moment it's too cold, on the whole it is warm though overcast and murky, so yes I'd bring your Summer stuff but pack a light weight rain coat.

It is, except when you get a "blue norther" in July; it goes from sunny and 101 to dark and in the 40s and starts hailing within 10 minutes. Ask Pam. She thought I was telling a "Texas tall tale" until it happened when we were together.

Hi all, I have an actual day off and I'm going to go play with my kids!!! I'll be working tomorrow, but that's a whole day away. The weather here has cooled off a little and the sun is shining, what more could you ask? Have a great day everyone!

Hey hot and steamy it is,we,ve had LOTS of rain here and inbetween the ole sun is making things very sauna like.I could do without all the humidity we have been getting here, man i could go for some dry Texas heat even at 101 as with the humidex has been hotter here
Oh and if any of you still have your fans on from the spring and pointing north please turn them off,we,ve been getting hit with smog warnings along with the humidex warnings like hell this year. They say its all your fault!!!.Smog warnings?!?!? new the last couple of years here.
Have a great weekend all !!!

Oops--we're sorry, SparkyDon; the fan is off now. But some of your humidity may be from us, too. It's usually pretty humid here, except sometimes in July and August. Out around El Paso and Big Bend, it's dry. But that's 570 miles west of us.
