The slow boat back home has reached it's home port, and the doors of heaven have been flung open wide to greet it's newest son.
Rest in peace bro.

Well Todd my friend, we never got to do Route 66, but somehow it does not seem like an ending, only a short postponment until we meet again for the first time, Love Ya, Bro.

To the family, I would like to say that Todd often spoke of his great Love for you and his one pride was his family, I am truly sorry for your loss, may God bless and keep you all.

Nathen

Todd, save me a seat in heaven. When the day comes, I'll be looking for you!

*I'd like to add, thank-you for being my friend! For you always will be. Trust me.

Bob Dylan, of all people, said it best:

Oh a time will come up
When the winds will stop
And the breeze'll cease to be a breathin'
Like the stillness in the wind
Before the hurricane begins
The hour when the ship comes in

Todd's ship is in, and he is at peace.

todd! I still carry with me the memory of our first face-to-face... you grabbed me in your arms and gave me a bearhug to end all bearhugs, exclaiming,
"How the hell are ya' arnie, I love ya' man!"

In case I forgot to say it, I loved you right back todd!
go with your god, all your demons have been left long behind!
Thanks to cindy and georgia for keeping us in the family.

Todd, you have found your way to a better place... yet you have left this world a better place for having been part of it.

I know you will be with us when we need your heart, courage, wit, and love.

I am sending many blundervibes to Cindy, Georgia and Mike. I know that you are missing Todd, more than any of the rest of us.

Peace, Love, Music and

There's nothing more that I can add that hasn't already been said ... except that I, too, am sorry that I was never able to meet Todd face-to-face. As Larry said, his willingness to share his pain and frustation and remarkable strength has been an inspiration. He fought his demons and illness hard, loved his family well, was a good friend to many, and an inspiration to us all. I'm so glad he had a chance to meet his baby grandson in this life.

My thoughts, prayers, and condolences to his family and many friends.

When George passed I posted this song....Todd told me I sure knew how to make a guy cry.....I think Todd,s passing has left a lot of people crying....
But I,m glad to have known him and thankful he is no longer sufffering

ART OF DYING
George Harrison, 1971

There'll come a time when all of us must leave here
Then nothing Sister Mary can do
Will keep me here with you
As nothing in this life that I've been trying
Can equal or surpass the Art of Dying.
Do you believe me?

There'll come a time when all your hopes are fading
When things that seemed so very plain
Become an awful pain
Searching for the truth among the lying
And answered when you've learned the Art of Dying

But if you want it - you must find it
But when you have it - There'll be no need for it
There'll come a time when most of us return home
Brought back by our desire to be
A perfect entity
Living through a million years of crying
Until you've realized the Art of Dying
Do you believe me?

I hope that someone will print out all these messages and save them for Todd's grandson, what a wonderful way for him to get to know Grandpa, who loved him so.

Mike is playing WHEN A SOLDIER MAKES IT HOME right now. That's so appropriate right now because a brave soldier made it home. Peace & God Bless... <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/peace.gif" width=16 height=16>
