Surely Shirley will have a wonderful birthday. I mean how could you go wrong with a birthday eclair? Happy Birthday!

Well, I've been to two places so far this weekend that usually sell eclairs, so I could eat one in Shirley's honor (the sacrifices we make for our friends!), and neither place had any eclairs! Could it possibly be some kind of nasty no-carb (not even "low" carb) conspiracy? Or maybe Shirley has somehow snatched up all the eclairs in the country! I still have a couple places to check. I will report back with my results. If I don't find any, I'm surely calling Shirley!

Shirley? I don't believe I know you, but if you like eclairs as much as they say, then you have your priorities straight! Happy birthday!

Shirley, Happy Birthday from Shelley! If there's an eclair shortage up here, we'll know why! Hoping to meet you before too long, perhaps at College Station in March???

Hi everybody, thanks for the birthday wishes. I would've posted sooner, but I was suffering from an overdose of eclairs :-)

Shirley, who will certainly and surely be in the audience when Arlo comes to Aggieland!

That explains it, then, 'cos I have yet to find any here in Mystic. I still have a place or two to check.....

Wow, another diabetic who loves eclairs! I too am an eclair loving diabetic. Just looking at one will probably raise my blood sugars lol. I know I'm not supposed to have them anymore but a few times in Walmart I saw some & the devil tempted me & I got them & ate them when I got back home. I have to say get behind me Satan when I see stuff like that cuz I swear it calls to me & if I answer the call it means high blood sugars for me. I sure wish someone would invent a sugar free version. & Church events are a killer cuz I get tempted by the goodies. I can't even let regular sweets in our house or I'd be in trouble. Mike is diabetic too so I don't have to worry about him buying temptations. I was 125 a week or so ago & so happy about that but the other day when I tested I was in the 200's again. Arrgh! Good luck with the blood sugars!
