Son's band now called U-Melt is having a CD release gig in Albany on the 26th. We're probably going. Just mentioning in case anyone wants to join us at the geriatric table. Assuming that there ARE tables, of course.

If I can't make it Pat, just order for me a Jack Daniels and Geritol on the rocks.

Sent you another e, Wyld. I hope I have the right e-mail address. If you don't get it, let me know. We reserved a room, so the die is cast. <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15>

Thank you so much for coming, Wyld. It was great to get the chance to see you. The guys appreciated having you and Sherry and Ken there a lot and wanted to know if you enjoyed yourselves. I'm sorry it took so long to get back and say thanks, but now we're back and dealing with reality and my mother in the hospital and all that stuff. At this point it almost wouldn't seem normal if no one at all was in the hospital.

Thanks, Cheryl. Tests today and we'll find out soon if it's just going to be a simple adjustment to meds or, angioplasty or major surgery. Of course we're really hoping it's not the latter. She's gotten so little and frail I can't imagine the toll that would take on her.

Sorry to hear about your Mom, Pat. I'm sending "simple" vibes.

Pat, Blundervibes going to your mom, also for "simple" solution. And "not normal" ones going out in general. Let's all not be normal for awhile, okay?

Reality bites! Blundervibes for the "simple" solution for your mom.

If your son's band ever makes it out this way, please let me know--would enjoy seeing them and cheering them on.

Add this simple mind to the list of folks hoping for the simple solution, Pat. Prayers will be coming from the direction of Pittsburgh.
