Oh, Ceas ... would love to be there RIGHT NOW. It's snowing, roads are a mess, and it's just freakin' cold--there's no acclimating to this weather. Problem with logistics--too afraid to leave the animals--no one who can housesit, and if we had snowstorm, whoever we hired might not be able to get there to feed and water.

Larry--Right now, I'd take most any kind of warming--global or not ... but vote for Bush? I'd rather chew my lever-pulling fingers off. (Thank goodness we don't have hanging chads!)

It's cold here in Va too. They are talking about a snow, sleet, freezing rain even here on Sun. Yuck!

On my parents road here in our county I kept seeing this log from a tree that had fell down during hurricane Isabel that looks like a deer or elk. It just happened to fall down that way. And either it just looked that way or almost looked that way & someone fixed it further to look more like that. It looked really neat. Well Fri when going to my folks house, I decided to take some pics of it with my digital camera. So I put up 2 of them for folks to see...

Merry Christmas & Happy Hannukah kids. It is snowing here in VA. They are saying up to 3 inches altho some reports said up to 6 inches. it is supposed to be a mix, snow sleet, rain maybe some ice. We'll see if it become anything or not. Just hope it clears by Tues. I took a pic of my car in the snow not too long long. Digital cameras are great for documenting the moments instantly. I wrote a peace sign on my car in the show.
Here's the pic...

I'm not EVEN going to tell you what the weather's like here today, or this will be the lead story soon:

AP--Dallas: Blunderite couple receive poisoned cookies in the mail from several northern and eastern states, and and poisoned herbal brownies from Canada. Police have found evidence on the couple's computers that the senders were justfied in their actions.

We're waving and blowing as hard as we can. Probably we would have more success if we had had a different governor in the late 90s; because there would now be more wind farms down here to aim in your direction.

Edited to say:Cheryl, great photo! I think George Bush would like it, too; you should send it to him.

Good morning, and **Waves** to Cliffite! Our home computer is still fried, and I've been kind of busy at work--but I just wanted y'all to know I'm thinking of you! My kids' school is closed, and I'm at work--what's wrong with this picture!!?! (Maybe nothing, now that I think of it--house full of kids, library full of kids.....hmmmm) Have a great day and stay warm, everyone!
