A homeless man starts a fire in a NYC subway and closes it for years to come, another depressed man drives his suv on to the railway and wrecks two trains...Do we really have so much to fear from terrorist when we are so able to destroy ourselves?
These two actions of citizens shows very clearly that Homeland Security is not working nor for that matter do I think it ever could.
If we conducted ourselves in such a manner as to allow others to like us, then and only then would we be free from a terrorist attack.
Of course I could be wrong, and my view is very simple, but if we all took but one step towards being a little nicer, it might help, it just might make for a better world, one step at a time.

Home land security? The biggest threat to homeland security lives at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave........they should start there! And yes woman, hawk,failed policy author Condie Rice as the nations new top diplomat??? How credible will that be with the rest of the world? Articulate, but shallow and lacking true vision.Loyal to Bush, but not to the country.OY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
