Dear Maury (umm, er, Kevin),

I has not scene nor beer curd whot is the length and breadth and upsy and downsy and all aroundsy of this most peculiar situation. I have the box you sent. It is silent at the moment. The compressor is lined up and ready to go. Can the cat come out to play? Has it been so long? These are only the beginning of who's next. (out here in the fields....)

Precious, but always moving,
UBWTOI

To whoever finds this:

The really good stuff I tossed in the trash, but I wanted to leave this little note, just to say, hey there were some good times along with the bad.

Dear Dad,
I wish you were here. I don't know what to do. Mama was feeling sick the other night and asked me to get her some asperin. I couldn't find any, but I remembered seeing some in a bag of trash that you threw out. So I looked and found them (we hadn't emptied it yet). I gave her 3 of them. She's acting very strange. Whatever I say to her, she just nods and says: "Yes dear, theyre on their way."
Who's on their way, Dad, and why does she keep smiling? By the way, did you mean to throw out those nice spices? I don't think you did. I've been using them in spaghetti and the other stuff I cook for Mama...She has been eating well. But I'm worried about her.She keeps having that weird smile on her face. What should I do?

Love, Chelsea
PS How come it's taking you so long to get the milk?

My dearest Willow,

Last night I stood below your window, and I dreamed I might have the courage to go to your door, I walked up your walk, but I turned and ran away.

This morning at daylight, I stood below your window and I prayed I had the courage to knock at your door, I walked up your walk, but I turned away and ran.

Now I sit alone once more, and I think I might have the courage to mail you this letter, I address it, but alas my courage fails me and I lock it away in this trunk.

Your Secret Admirer

I have not written in days. I dream day and night about our meeting my love. What will you look like? What will your voice sound like? How shall I know that it is you?

I can only dream I can only wish that one morning I shall wake up and find you standing under my window. I know the exspresion you will be waring, the one that shows you are tworn between two worlds.... as if it was only a fantasey, but it will be real.

Last night before I went to bed I wrote a letter to you my love I tucked it in a branch of the tree that I favor in my yard, the weeping willow and put floting candles in the small pond that lies beneth it, in hopes that you would come and read my letter. When I woke this morning I noticed that the letter was gone, but there was not a sign of anyone, so I figure a bird has taken my letter.

My dearest Willow,

Was it but a dream, again in the moonlight I found myself growing nearer to your home, walking where you yourself had trod only hours before, once more I sniff the air for but a hint of your perfume.

I saw the letter and it was I that removed it, but I, for fear of trust opened it not, least I see it be meant for another, alas dear one, I could never hope to win your love, for I am neither beautiful nor talented, I am but a common man and you are a lady beyond compare.

I shall go forth and seek my path where the huckleberry hangs yet on the bush awaiting the new sun, and there shall I sit, alone with my thoughts of you, If only I were a rich man or that your father were not the king.

Always Faithful

My Dear Husband and King,
our child grows wistless here in this forign land. She stands by the great window day after day, what she sees, I do not know. She eats very little and seems to be paler with each passing day. I have heard the servant's talk in whispers that her heart is still broken from having to leave the man she loves.
My dearest, how am I to erase the memory of her first love? Her heart is gentle and she does not understand that she was not born to marry a commoner. I also am in great distress, seeing our child in such misery. I have heard that the commoner has fled from our kingdom and has not been seen since. May we not come home, then, and be with you once again?

Your loving wife,
The Queen

My dearest Willow.

Today I walked to mouth of a cave today, said to be the home of a hermit, a very wise and gentle man, advanced in years and etched with the passing seasons.
I sat there for hours, just wondering what to do, where to go, and of course what you might be doing at this hour.

Around noon, a voice like none other, spoke to me, calling me by name, he asked if I might join him as he dined. Oh what joy, what devine bless, the words could not have sounded better, even had they flowed from your enchanted lips.

I partook of his meal and the fresh trout was so excellent that I had another and then yet another before even trying his bread and drinking of his wine. Never had a man been better fed, yet I hungered still, for the sight of you, the sound of your voice, and hope beyond hope the sweetness of your lips.

The old man looked into my eyes and revealed my soul to me, I know I must return once more to your window, once more gaze at your shadow in the moonlight and once more endeavor to win favor with your parents....

I am but everyman who has dared to dream the impossible, your ever faithful and loving servent.

My Dear Wife,
The commoner we so feared has dissapeared without a trace. There has been no sighting of him for two years now. It seems to be safe for me to bring you and the child back to the kingdom. I have sent a ship for you which may, in fact, reach you before this letter.
Waiting your return,
Your Husband the King

My Darling Willlow,

Tomorrow I shall sail with you, Your Father's ship has many a place in which to hide, but maybe I shall book passage as a holy man returning from the mission field, perhaps I could entertain your Mother with the tales of my travels, if only I can look upon your face and not reveil my own heart's desire....

Until tomorrow my sweet Willow, I shall as always remain your faithful servent.
