For the millionth time, I have nothing against Dave at all. I really like everyone on here & just want to have fun on here. If there is any aruging I sure don't wanna argue. I just wanna have fun on Arlo related sites. I now realize I shouldn't have made the comment I did on the other site but I had no idea folks would think it was about Dave or get so upset about it. I just meant that if anyone were to do that to me no matter who they were that it would really upset me. In fact I haven't written about my diabetes here lately cuz I knew folks weren't interested. When you live with a chronic disease that can kill you, you live with it 24/7 so it was only natural that I wrote about it some LOL! Only reason I wrote about it on here was to update Uncle Arlo on how Mike & were doing & anyone else who was interested. I now write about it on other places & e-mail Arlo since folks aren't interested on here.

I have no desire to be involved in any arguing or hatred towards anyone else. I want to truly be nice to folks & just get along. If folks want to hate other folks fine for them, but I don't want to be involved in hating anyone or any arguing. So I'm hoping that we can all forget this mess & just try to get along & have fun once more. That's what I want to do. So let's all just try to forget this mess & get back to normal around here & have fun. That's what I want to do. Give a listen. You don't have to be funny all the time. Digging at someone when you have to know you're pushing buttons and probing at sore points isn't funny. It's childish and it's obnoxious.
As far as no one here being interested in your diabetes, well we would have been if it wasn't in every single bleeding post for so long. Most of us know people with diabetes and are familiar with the things it can do. Most of the people I know who have it, even some who have to inject themselves daily, hold jobs and function and just try to take care of themselves the best they can. They don't really want to talk about it all the time. They deal and they would rather think about other things.
When you and Mike didn't make it to Ocean City last year, people were genuinely concerned. It's not that people don't care, but caring and interest has to be a two way deal, for one thing.

Just a couple of observations:
1) A thread here on Arlonet titled " What to do? Bork, bork bork..." as of this post had 270 views today. Far more than any other thread on the boards. This only goes to show that we ALL do have something in common, we are ALL VERY WEIRD!
2) It had been getting very quiet around here. Then, there was some controversy, and then the posting rate went up and up as if it took some kinda cyber viagra or something.
This also proves something to us, about us:
We LOVE being pissed off, and we LOVE controversy! It makes us talk to each other!

I also noticed that the guest rate goes up real quick as well.....hmmmmmmmmmmm
