awwww.....

i actually think they are cute even when they get big (strange i guess)

i know a lot of people are a bit put off by them...when i first saw one, i believe i was a teenager (maybe) or almost, i wasn't sure what to make of it...it was kind of scary, everyone was freaking out...it did look fierce...i just watched from a kept distance...it didn't seem the possum wanted anything to do with us hoo-mons either!

anyhow, since then i understand them a little better and they don't bother me in the least...even to go so far as to say i think they are cute (as long as they are not showing all fifty of their teeth).

They eat possums in the part of Ky where Mike is from. I remember him once telling how his mom had fixed possum for dinner once when they lived in KY. Yikes...

i came across a recipe for possum pie and i swear my grandmom used to make that and i loved it!
only she didn't call it possum pie, she called it surprise pie...funny

oddly enough, it contains no possum
