That is so wrong, on so many different levels...with people barely scraping by, an ill man living on a pension, and the neighborhood association is worried about how the lawn LOOKS. It's great that people stepped up to help that man out; he shouldn't have been arrested to begin with. The neighborhood association people coulda stepped in and helped instead of having him jailed.

I agree with ya. So sad how this guy was treated...
