My family and I saw Arlo at Disney World on June 3, at the Flower Power concert. We saw the 5:45 and 7:00 shows--two completely different sets. Can't believe my good futune at hearing Arlo Guthrie himself sing "Alice's Restaurant"--more meaningful than ever in the current environment with my 14-year old son sitting next to me.

Arlo stands out among all the "60's" musicians at these concerts, because he's not an oldies act--he's making new music. The first two songs at the 5:45 show I really liked, but didn't know. Can anybody tell me the titles?

Thanks.

Didn't make it to any of the shows but what the heck. Any phrases, or storyline that you can remember that we can try guessing at?

I was at all the EPCOT shows but didn't write the set lists down. :( I'm trying to remember the 3rd. Was that the day that it rained & the 7:00 show was cancelled? Or was that on Sun?

Was one of the songs you're trying to identify an instrumental?

If you can help me figure out which day it was, I can probably tell you. Also, I have a friend who taped some shows so we may have a definitive answer.

BTW- Alice's Restaurant was in the '3rd' set each day which started at 8:15- which is why I thought maybe you were there the day it rained- there were only 2 shows that day.

JohnC says it was In Times Like These and Back By Popular Demand. Hopefully Arlo will put them out on an official release soon.

Thanks. "In Times Like These" rings a bell. I was hoping either an Arlo superfan who was there or someone with connections would know the answer, since I couldn't give any hints. --L
