This must be the bad timing day LOL! I saw on Arlos schedule where he is coming to Lewisburg, WV. We go near there every yr on the way to visit Mikes sister in Columbus, OH & it would've been perfect to plan our annual 2 weeks vacation to visit Mikes sister in Columbus. Well the Lewisburg, WV gig is in Oct right between the Harrisonburg, VA & Alexandria, VA gigs. So we can't go to Lewisburg cuz it'd be too much going to WV in between 2 sets of VA gigs. If he'd come to Lewisburg in the summer, we could'a planned our visit to Mikes sisters around it. Arrgh! Now this summer, I gotta ride by there knowing Arlo is gonna be there & I can't be there LOL! Right place wrong time as Dr John used to sing. That song was written for me LOL!

sorry sparky, mine is probably one herniation behind yours!! it all boils down to a pain in the butt if you ask me! This last go-round the PT seemed to help, since I have a seasoned therapist who really kills me! but i'm able to get up and walk away so I guess it's working!
