I feel so LOVED <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15> Thanks, they are already starting to work as my mum said she would be willing to lend us an extra £5000. Oweing parents is easyer than owing banks.

The house we really want is £85000, we are going to put and offer in of £82000; we have £22000 saved up my mum is giving us £5000 giving us a total of £27000, if we could scrape up another £5000 then we can affored the re payments, and if they except the offer of £82000 and the bank says we Can have the morgage, Then we have our house!!!

I believe in ~~Vibes~~ and I believe in you guys.

SO THANKS from Me Alan Javan and Arlo

To Keep you all informed. We went to the house today to offically view it, when we got there 4 other people were there so i panicked a little. But they didn't stay for long and when they left we asked the estate agent ( whom acts as agent to our land lady, so we are on friendly terms) and asked if anyone had made an offer, she said no. She told us knowing our circumstances she would like to try and give us first refusal, so we put our offer in of £82000. She said how she works is that once she has recived an offer if any others come through she tells them that the full asking price was offered and that useualy puts them off and once that offer has been accepted then she will not accept another offer no matter how high. She told us that she thinks he will accept our offer and may even negosiate!

So as long as the bank says yes, we have our house.

Thank you all so much for your thoughts and vibes (((((Moose Friends)))))

Up date.

The Offer of £82,000 was excepted <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15>
We went to the Bank and we had a look at the repayment figures and to my surprize they are actualy cheaper than what we are paying in rent now! We still don't have the house though, they have to of course run credit checks and except Alans proof of income (because he is the only one who works at the moment) but they did except our applacation for a morgage and the woman who we saw didn't see any real problems,
so it's still fingers crossed, but it is looking very hopeful <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15>

thanks to you all
