Good morning everyone! My first 'official' day of summer vacation--my class is finished and I have a little over a month of freedom!!! Quilts, music, and fun! Sarah and Johnny are due on the Kent stage this coming Friday--anyone up for a trip to Ohio?

Hello, everybody!! Just wanted to let you know that we saw Sarah and Johnny in concert last night at the Kent Stage. They had come to Ohio en route to Rhode Island--so after a great show, I wish them a safe trip. Sarah mentioned a new CD coming out in the Fall, so keep your eyes open for that. <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15>

Have fun Cyndy!! Boy I sure can't wait to get to New England one day! On the shelves above my computer are THIRTY YEARS worth of YANKEE magazine!! My Dad has been subscibing to it from here in OZ for all that time and hands them on to me! He only visited N.E. for the first time himself about 8 years ago during one of his visits back to Oregon! He's 85 and still goes to high school reunions in Salem Ore. So I've been reading YANKEE for all those years but don't think its as good any more. (Does anyone else agree?)
