Sounds like it was an incredible day of beautifying the church and paying a wonderful tribute to Todd. I can't wait to see the results of all your hard work and for the chance to meet you all in October.

I listen to this song "The Other Side" often... it's by Don Conoscenti , on his album "Paradox of Grace"

It means so very much... more than I can say.

THE OTHER SIDE

i´m over on the other side
where life and death softly divide.
i left my skin and bones behind
now i´m over on the other side.
can you feel me there with you?
my breath is gone but i´m not through.
loved you then and i still do
from over on the other side.

i can fly.
really fly.
below the earth…
all through the sky.
tell em all i did not die.
i´m just over on the other side.

it´s good here on the other side.
the sweetest songs…
the bluest skies.
thank you for the tears you cried,
but it's good here on the other side.
i can fly…

the world is smaller than a needle´s eye.
where life and death softly divide.
when you leave your skin and bones behind
i´ll be waiting on the other side.

i can fly.
really fly.
below the earth…
all through the sky.
go tell em all i did not die.
i´m just over on the other side.

Has it been that long? It seemed like it was only a few months ago. It almost seems like he was still here...

One year already ... His spirit will always live on. Wish I could have met him on this side, look forward to meeting him on the other side.

Beautiful lyrics, Wyld.

Hunter S. Thompson is dead. He, like my brother Todd, "stomped terra" and left some pretty big footprints in their wake.

They are missed.

Mahalo.

Amen to that, Kyle...
Both Hunter and Todd were special human beings.... they will be missed for their unique ways of looking at this world.

Welcome to blunderland, Kyle... hang around... bring us your own unique way of looking at the world!

Cindy, hugs to you...........lots of hugs and love, may ever day bring you closer to the perfect understanding. Todd, I would tell you something rude, but I don't think that everyone would understand the love with which it is said, Peace Bro.
