I sent her your phone numbers. I didn't know there was a Blundercopter service in your area, though! If I hear from her, I'll let her know. I don't think they're actually leaving Texas till Friday or Saturday.

If the Blundercopter can go between Australia and Florida and Mass., it can swoop by Crawford to rescue a Blunderiste Sister. And we can certainly beam the beacon to the sky for her. I guess the next step is an agreement--is it a big doobie, a Wisconsin lobster, a clam--what?

I've always had a fondness for seafood. I guess even a Lake Mendota freshwater lobster would count.

Four weeks and up for a road trip? Glad she's doing so well. I'd chip in on an ironing board and iron--or could just donate mine. I've had it 3 years or so and with the amount of ironing that I do, it's practically brand-new.

You know, I can't help thinking it's really funny that after I mentioned the fact that my sister is ironing, everybody offered to send her their ironing, ironing boards, and irons, but since I mentioned that Nancy has started driving, no one has offered to send her their car. <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15>

Cars are more aggravating than ironing boards. She can have my gas-guzzling mini-van.

I used to cram my family of 5 into a Honda Civic, until the kids got bigger & everybody pushed for a mini-van that the whole family could ride comfortably in.

Since buying this gas-guzzler, now the family is always coming up with some reason why we should take 2 cars everywhere we go. So now there's usually just me & another passenger in it.

Glad to hear Nancy is doing so well!

Hey Judy, So glad your sister continues to improve! & I have a CAR for her, just the car in fact, hey its not comfy, no AC, the front end rattles all over the place if youre goin over 35mph, & it ONLY has 150,000 miles! Thats right an itty bitty Ford Fiestiva, my hubby loves cars & he paid only $10.00 for the thing!!!!
So a car ya need, a car ye shall have, for your sis! LOL! Just lemme know when ya want this JEWEL! It does run!

I signed the petition, Terrie. Thanks for posting that. In general, hospital stays get shorter & shorter as insurance companies, not doctors, decide on the length of the stay, & it's a real pet peeve of mine. My wife had 3 C-sections & each time the stay was shorter than the last time. In fact, to get our insurance to even cover the last time, I had to take instructions from the doc on how to treat the wound, & I'm the type who passes out if I hafta clip a hangnail...

I did forget to mention it guzzels oil, but other than that, & the other stuff I told ya about,it's a great car (haha)! Pam, even tho Okla doesnt require yearly car inspections, I actually believe the silly thing would PASS inspection! They (when we had inspectns) just checked the horn, lights,& silly stuff like that, maybe thats why we got 'em discontinued! Glad ya got a chuckle! Have a great day all!
