I think the urrl for the other boards has changed. They were down for me too. I went to the homepage for Arlonet & opened the forums link in a new page & got this:
http://www.arlo.net/resources/forums/

This urrl works for me so hopefully this will fix it. Good luck!

He was probably doing maintenance as they're fine now.

But I can't figure out how to get from there to here. Figures....*sigh*...
