thanks again to all of you for your thoughts and prayers...

lots of visitors, lots of food and kind thoughts, not much sleep at times...
There's a silver lining of sorts... i'm heading back to florida tomorrow with my mom for a couple of days to help her get back in gear, and i'll warm my bones again for the final days of winter!!

Deepest sympathy to Arnie & your family! Hard to come up with words. Just know your thought of man!

Arnie, I am so sorry for your loss. Sometimes Blundervibes aren't quite enough, and a lady in spike heels can't be found. Having coming close to losing my Dad, I can sort of know what you're going through, but not really. I just know it hurts a lot. Hugs to you and yours.

Just an update for all of you... i got back (against my better judgement) from florida on saturday. Mom seems to be slowly adjusting, and facing the fact that for the first time in over 55 years she'll be goin' it alone, but that ain't really true. There is such a 'yenta network' down there, that she'll have plenty to grouse and complain about for many years... and as we all know, that's what keeps 'em young down there, right??
I've finally gotten back to work after being away for over 3 weeks... i'll just keep dreaming of florida sunshine for the next few weeks until the equinox... but it's really the solstice I desire.
