sometimes we seem to get ourselves into places and then wonder how did this happen.

Mrs Arlo, looking around the living room, sees trash piles everywhere, she looks at Arlo and asks, "Can't you ever put your trash away? Didn't she know the guy was a litterbug when she married him?

Yoko Ono, looking around the living room sees John's stuff piled everywhere, she then starts to pick up after him and starts putting things in order. John walks in and she asks, "Can't you ever put your stuff away, what do you think I am, Your nigger?
Didn't she ever listen to his songs?


of course I just made these things up, but it's true, we do walk right in with our eyes wide open but the brain seems to be in idle, and of course there is always someone who warns us of what is about to happen, and to prove them wrong we live with our mistakes for thirty odd years and somewhere during that time we grow numb to the pain and we don't even know that we have fallen into a hole......but what does any of this have to do with the topic, hell if I know, I just type whatever and leave it up to others to find the wiosdom in my words.

Just finished reading The Celestine Prophecies ... views anyone?

please refresh my memory, I am thinking this story takes place in South America with lots of people trying to get a copy of the secret documents, it has been several years since I read it and I might be confused.

Yup. That's the one. Read it right after Illusions ... read it again, Nathen, when you get a chance. I'd love to have your feedback.

I recall it as being one of those books that just demands ojne to read the whole thing front to back without pause, I think I still have a copy of it somewhere, unless the mice found it, if I don't locate mine I will borrow one from the libary.

While the book is written as a work of fiction, at first it was not being sold as such, I would have to agree with some of the doctrines as they were revealed, I speak of these,

A. When we awaken (raise our energy levels) to this inner reality or gnosis, we will have magical powers like clairvoyance, healing, invisibility, and immortality.

B. We are co-creators of the universe. We create our own reality.

C. If we get rid of "fear and doubt" we will maintain the "energy level" of our "higher self."


This begs of us the question, "Do we need new age beliefs", "Have the time tested beliefs been so deluded as to be untrue?"

To me truth is found in many unexpected places, if any of these truths touchs your heart and will lead you towards a more fullfilled life, then I say it is true, embrace it, if not, then ignore it, the choice is yours.

I still have not found my book, so these quotes might be a little off, but I think I have them fairly close, correct me if I am wrong.


It is a good read if only for the adventure story.
